You'll develop and implement quality assurance programs for a nationwide mobile phlebotomy network, ensuring compliance with CLIA, CAP, and CLSI standards. Your work will directly reduce redraw rates and improve diagnostic reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve QA programs, SOPs, and clinical processes
• Lead root cause analyses for phlebotomy errors and corrective actions
• Monitor clinical quality metrics like redraw rates and error trends
• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
• 5+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience in clinical settings
• Active phlebotomy certification (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT)
• Understanding of CLSI guidelines and CLIA/CAP standards
