Description

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions, develop and refine models, build data pipelines, and support testing and deployment. You will also act as a technical mentor and trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring solutions are practical and aligned to mission objectives.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 4+ years experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production
• Proficiency with quantitative methods for structured/unstructured data
• Strong programming in SQL, Advanced Python, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch or TensorFlow

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into data science solutions
• Develop, test, and refine analytic models and workflows
• Contribute to automated and end-to-end testing
• Estimate level of effort for new enhancements
• Serve as technical mentor and engage with mission partners
