Your work ensures high reliability and performance in harsh environments, directly impacting global delivery of critical supplies. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy test systems supporting high-volume production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design validation and test planning for avionics products.
• Develop deep understanding of components under test across environmental conditions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy test plans and systems.
• Triage and root-cause field failures using data analysis.
• Support certification testing for aircraft operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EE test engineering roles.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing test and design validation.
• Proficient in Python and Linux environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Test engineering experience in sensors for critical systems (automotive, aerospace, etc.).
• Experience in high-volume production test design validation.
• Developing test plans, standards, and criteria for PCBA and sensors.
