Description

You will oversee the full lifecycle of multidiscipline construction projects at SpaceX's McGregor facility, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery. You'll manage contracts, resolve field conflicts, and coordinate with contractors to build world-class infrastructure supporting the mission to enable life beyond Earth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering, architecture, or construction management + 1yr field experience, or 5+ yrs commercial construction experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience in project management including cost and schedule control
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance
• Must be US citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidiscipline construction projects
• Provide guidance on preliminary scope and ROM costs
• Gather proposals and evaluate competitive bids
• Develop final cost and schedule; implement controls
• Manage construction contracts through close-out
