💼 About This Role

You'll oversee planning and execution of complex hardware and manufacturing projects for an autonomous sidewalk robot fleet. Your work will coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline robot upgrades and manufacturing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies for hardware projects
• Lead coordination across hardware engineering, product, and operations teams
• Implement processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Create detailed project documentation including specs, plans, and status reports

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering or technical program management
• 3-5 years experience with hardware, manufacturing, or autonomous systems development
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and shipping products in production

✨ Nice to Have

• MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering discipline
• Experience in robotics and autonomous systems in public spaces
• Experience with products involving policy or regulatory aspects
