You'll be the primary contact for travelers, ensuring every detail is taken care of before and during their authentic travel experiences. You'll communicate by email and phone, prepare travel documents, and handle emergencies to help customers enjoy their adventures.

• Serve as primary contact for travelers before departure
• Communicate with travelers via email and phone in a helpful manner
• Prepare travel documents and ensure accuracy
• Handle passenger emergencies and assist with claims processing

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong results
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Calm and focused in emergencies or stressful situations
• Fluent in German or French and confident in English
