You'll define and defend Gradial's positioning as the first Product Marketing Manager, shaping narratives for a category-creating AI-native content platform. You'll own launches, competitive strategy, and analyst relations to make the category feel inevitable. This foundational role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and has high impact and visibility.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and defend Gradial's positioning across the portfolio.
- Lead product launches as narrative moments end to end.
- Build competitive positioning to win live deals.
- Turn customer wins into category-defining stories.
- Own analyst relations across top industry firms.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience joining an early-stage startup under 250 employees and scaling it.
- Strong track record owning positioning, launches, and competitive strategy.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for multiple audiences.
