🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual/group therapy
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience providing outpatient therapy to diverse populations
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule

✨ Nice to Have

• Supervision experience for LCSW/LMHC candidates
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Bilingual skills
