💼 About This Role

You'll lead production for an open-world action RPG at Demiurge Studios, working closely with the Executive Producer. You'll define development strategy, manage risks, and ensure the team delivers their best work while navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to make a big impact as the project exits pre-production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accountable for overall project delivery and production outcomes.
• Collaborate with EP and discipline leads on development strategy.
• Maintain development plans, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks in technology, timeline, and team health.
• Lead and mentor production staff, evaluating scope and budget trade-offs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in the game industry as Lead Producer or Development Director.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of game product life cycle.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality products under budget, time & resource constraints.
• Experience with 3D action games, especially open-world RPGs.
