💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution for delinquent account collections and post-default recoveries. You'll manage a team of collections associates and a panel of local foreclosure attorneys, driving performance on key metrics. This role ensures collection effectiveness and regulatory compliance while optimizing recovery processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and coach collections associates to maximize borrower contact and repayment plans
• Manage relationships with external foreclosure attorneys for timely recovery actions
• Monitor portfolio performance and set recovery targets
• Ensure adherence to consumer protection and debt collection laws

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in mortgage servicing, collections, or recoveries
• At least 3 years in a unit manager role
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes and debt collection regulations
• Proven success managing offshore teams and external vendors
