You'll support the CFO of StepStone Private Debt in daily activities and act as a link between management and the corporate accounting team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and lead process improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to global private markets and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review monthly financial reports from Corporate Accounting for SPD
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting for SPD
• Lead ad-hoc analysis for SPD management
• Oversee regulatory financial reporting and tax planning for SPD entities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in a multi-national organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
