💼 About This Role

You'll support regulatory review of ingredients and formulas for cosmetics and OTC products, assisting with global product registrations and notifications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met for product launches. This role offers a hybrid work environment and bonus eligibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather documentation for regulatory review of ingredients, raw materials, and formulas.
• Support product registration and notification for all e.l.f. Beauty brands.
• Collaborate with consultants, distributors, and manufacturers on compliance requirements.
• Assist with registration and reporting for global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Science background (College degree or higher) required.
• Working knowledge of cosmetics regulatory requirements, especially color cosmetics and skincare.
• Experience in cosmetic industry Regulatory Affairs preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for ingredients, finished products, claims, packaging, and artwork.

• Experience with regulatory review of ingredients, labeling, notification/registration, product claims, or packaging.
• Comfortable learning web-based databases and submission portals.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
