Description

You'll lead chemical engineering efforts on **industrial capital projects** from concept through startup. You'll own core process deliverables and guide technical decisions, **mentoring engineers** while being hands-on in process design. This role offers technical leadership without management duties.

Requirements

• **BS or MS** in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• **10+ years** experience in industrial process equipment or capital projects.
• **Proven technical leadership** across chemical engineering capital projects.
• **Deep knowledge** of chemical processing unit operations and relevant codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment specs.
• Build process models and diagrams using CAD and simulation tools.
• Mentor engineers and review critical engineering deliverables.
