💼 About This Role

You'll lead implementation and operations of LEO-based customer services in a NOC environment, driving automation and fault resolution to meet service level agreements. You'll act as the technical liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless integration of supervisory systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and automation of customer service workflows
• Integrate supervisory and BOSS systems for tiered fault resolution
• Develop technical plans, schedules, and manage project milestones
• Monitor customer performance and escalate issues as needed

📋 Requirements

• Electronics Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years technical experience in telecommunications
• 3+ years in a Telecom NOC environment
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing customer relations

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingualism (English/French)
• Knowledge of RF transmission principles and test equipment
• Exposure to L2 services and MEF implementation
