• Define and execute test strategies aligned with CMM and Six Sigma
• Design and execute functional test cases based on requirements
• Execute end-to-end and regression tests for solution stability
• Document test results and communicate findings clearly

📋 Requirements

• Solid QA experience in software development environments
• Experience in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Experience with testing and test management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner
• Experience with CMMI process improvement models
• Ability to interact with both technical and business teams
