🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage post-contract client communication and account activity for sales house clients.
  • Analyze client performance trends to identify revenue and engagement opportunities.
  • Develop processes for superior client support and escalate partner feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build partner strategies and oversee technology integrations.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience with digital publishers.
  • Excellent quantitative skills to monitor and present performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic and video landscapes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with online advertising or publishing.
