You'll lead business development efforts in the North American healthcare and clinical research sector, driving growth and strengthening strategic partnerships. You'll own the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Develop account strategies, sales plans, and tailored proposals
- Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5+ years of business development or sales experience in a CRO or healthcare services
- Background in health sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic account relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
