You'll lead business development efforts in the North American healthcare and clinical research sector, driving growth and strengthening strategic partnerships. You'll own the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies, sales plans, and tailored proposals
  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure

  • 3โ€“5+ years of business development or sales experience in a CRO or healthcare services
  • Background in health sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic account relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
