🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple workflows to advance manufacturing techniques for footwear performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all product creation phases.
• Review wear test data and provide engineering solutions for fit, feel, and ride.
• Own blueprint confirmation and determine new tooling requirements.
• Partner with Asia Pattern Engineers to improve upper patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of footwear creation, development, or manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise in footwear product development and manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
