💼 About This Role

You'll lead global transfer pricing strategy and compliance for a high-growth cloud communications company, designing scalable AI-native tax infrastructure. You will ensure intercompany transactions align with OECD guidelines while automating workflows with AI tools. This role offers the chance to build processes from scratch in a remote-first innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate AI and automation into transfer pricing workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end global transfer pricing lifecycle and reporting.
• Lead operational transfer pricing and quarterly close calculations.
• Manage transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law.
• 5+ years of dedicated transfer pricing experience in Big 4 or US multinational.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/EPM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office.

• CPA, CTA, or JD/LLM in Tax.
• Familiarity with tax technology software or AI tools.
