You'll partner with engineering leaders to scope roles and drive end-to-end hiring for backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science positions. You'll build pipelines, qualify candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Work in a remote-first culture with high autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Own engineering hiring across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science
• Qualify candidates and present them to hiring managers
• Design data-driven recruitment processes aligned with long-term goals

📋 Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience for engineering roles at a tech company
• Full ownership of a technical hiring function
• Breadth across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science disciplines
• Technical literacy to understand software development and engage engineering leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building pipelines from scratch
• Track record of improving hiring metrics (time-to-fill, conversion)
• Fluency in Romanian or other European languages
