You'll manage financials for affordable housing development projects at a mission-driven firm. You'll ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulations while tracking project costs. Stakeholder coordination with development teams and auditors is key.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage trial balances and financial reporting for multiple development projects
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Track and classify capitalized project costs
• Support audits and regulatory reporting (LIHTC, lenders)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience in affordable housing development
• Experience with capitalized costs and project-based accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Yardi, QuickBooks)

• Experience with complex capital stacks
• LIHTC compliance knowledge
