Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Art Director with strong conceptual and executional capability
• Portfolio demonstrating high-level craft across CGI, motion graphics, digital storytelling
• Solid understanding of CGI production pipelines from modeling to post-production
• Hands-on craft expertise in compositing, grading, retouching, and finishing
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI production tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality creative work blending art direction, design craft, and innovative technology
• Establish lead art direction across CGI and motion projects
• Collaborate with CGI artists across animation, modeling, lighting, and compositing
• Apply craft knowledge across CGI workflows: modeling, lighting, animatics, grading, retouching
• Contribute to AI-assisted workflows using tools like ComfyUI, open-source models, LoRa training
