Your role is vital in creating a safe, supportive space for young people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome and orient participants to center resources and safety protocols.
• Assist with access to amenities like showers, laundry, and clothing.
• Perform safety and wellness checks inside and around the center.
• Document engagements and referrals using Salesforce database.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in health or human services providing advocacy or navigation.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to de-escalate high-intensity situations with vulnerable populations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in low-threshold case management.
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce database.
