Description

You will review cash management and loan allocation instructions for private debt funds, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance. You'll act as an escalation point, guide junior team members, and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
• 4-6 years experience in investment operations, treasury, or middle-office in asset management or private markets
• Strong understanding of cash/liquidity management, FX hedging, credit facilities, capital call processes
• Prior exposure to Private Debt asset class preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, other Office applications

Responsibilities

• Review cash-related instructions (MMF subscriptions/redemptions, FX spots/swaps, credit line draws/repayments, investor capital calls)
• Review allocation of private loans to relevant share classes per allocation policy
• Review capital calls/distributions/transfers related to loan investments
• Collaborate with external loan managers, administrators, and custodians
• Drive implementation of workflow enhancements/automation
