Description

You will own the commercial success and growth of Enavate's Professional Services offerings, driving revenue, adoption, and margin performance. You will define market strategies, package services for repeatable delivery, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to scale the offering profitably.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Professional Services (consulting, ERP services, implementation services)
• Proven ability to commercialize or scale services offerings
• Strong understanding of services economics: scoping, margin, utilization, and repeatability
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery
• Data-driven mindset with experience inspecting pipeline, win rates, and margin performance

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ideal customer profile (ICP) boundaries
• Establish packaging, scope, and pricing guardrails for repeatable selling and delivery
• Partner with Sales to improve offering adoption and positioning in qualified opportunities
• Monitor pipeline adoption, win/loss patterns, and margin trends; refine offering based on feedback
• Collaborate with Delivery leadership to protect repeatability and prevent customization drift
