You'll support the planning and delivery of high-quality marketing events across the UK region for Nebius, a leader in AI cloud infrastructure. Your core impact will be coordinating logistics, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-brand event execution. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B event marketing within the fast-growing AI and cloud space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate event logistics including venue, catering, AV, and branding
• Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables
• Provide on-site support ensuring high-quality attendee experience
• Track event metrics, leads, and post-event reporting

📋 Requirements

• ~4 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience supporting in-person and/or virtual events
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Interest in AI, cloud, or technology industries
