You'll expand our merchant network by acquiring and onboarding local fitness and wellness businesses for ClassPass. You'll own the full sales cycle with a field-first approach, building relationships and driving growth in your territory.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in assigned territory.
- Visit prospective merchants daily and attend local events.
- Own full sales cycle including negotiation and close.
- Achieve monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of outbound field sales experience.
- Full-cycle sales methodology with conversion optimization expertise.
- Strong B2B negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with local fitness, wellness, or spa industries.
- Existing networks in related sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
