Description

You will take ownership of the core UX mobile area, defining foundational experience patterns and architectures that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across PandaDoc's web and mobile platforms. Collaborating closely with multiple teams and the design system team, you'll drive innovation and influence key decisions to deliver an outstanding user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility
• Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to integrate user research into design process and drive informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills (B2 English) and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full design cycles from research to implementation
• Craft user journeys and prototypes, validating with data and user feedback
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design hypotheses
• Collaborate with design system team and developers to improve components
• Champion usability and accessibility principles across the organization
