📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Proven track record recruiting at the Series A/B stage.
• Experience leading executive and leadership-level searches.
• Demonstrably tech-forward with AI and recruiting automation tools.
