Description

In this role, you will own the integrity of sales performance compensation data, deliver insightful reporting and analysis, support systems and data infrastructure, and drive process improvement cross-functionally. You'll work at the intersection of data, systems, and business decision-making.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in analytics, finance, operations, or sales operations
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex analyses into stakeholder-friendly insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and audit sales performance and commission data
• Ensure data accuracy and policy compliance through recurring checks and reconciliations
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for quota attainment and performance trends
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of sales compensation systems
• Partner cross-functionally to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency
