💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism in a home setting, helping them develop essential skills. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and therapists while advancing your career in a supportive culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
