Description

You will develop and enhance Benevity's Financial Platform, writing clean, modular code and leveraging AI tooling. Collaborating with Product Managers, you'll build features for global social impact, own CI/CD pipelines, and mentor peers on an agile team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Python, Vue.js, Docker, Jenkins
• 5+ years AWS experience (API Gateway, Terraform, etc.)
• Advanced database design (SQL and NoSQL) and API development (OpenAPI, GraphQL)
• Experience with FinSys (orchestration and movement of money)

Responsibilities

• Craft production-level code adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Engage in requirement definition, task breakdown, and time estimation
• Lead sprint refinement and planning sessions
• Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews; automate integration tests in CI/CD pipeline
• Optimize and refactor existing systems for performance and scalability
