You'll manage day-to-day accounting of construction projects at a leader in liquid storage design and construction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and track monthly requisitions to the owner
• Participate in project forecast updates (CTC/WIP) with project managers
• Monitor over/under billings and work with project team
• Monitor cash position of projects and manage cash collection

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or Construction ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with subcontractor requisitions
• Knowledge of owner contracts and subcontract terms
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
