Description

You will manage AR aging, collections outreach, cash application, and credit management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve processes. This role requires proactive client communication and escalation of collection issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting/collections experience preferred
• Accounting software (Netsuite) and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Accurate cash application and ad hoc reconciliation
• Cross-functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management to raise awareness of disputes and mitigate credit risk
• Respond to client inquiries promptly
• Monitor AR activity daily for non-payments and irregularities
• Develop and document process and procedure improvements
