You'll review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements as part of ABC Legal Services' Process Server Development team. You'll investigate complaints and contested serves to ensure accuracy and uphold company standards. This remote role provides hands-on experience with a national leader in service of process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers on service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports
• Audit process server service event histories and logbooks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email communication
• Ability to take concise and effective notes

✨ Nice to Have

• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams
