Description

You will own major primary structure assembly work centers, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and create work instructions and best practices to scale rocket manufacturing. This role involves mentoring less experienced engineers, resolving shop floor issues in real time, and providing design-for-manufacturing feedback to help build Terran R efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline

Responsibilities

• Own major primary structure assembly work centers and child subassemblies from design release through ATP test
• Create work instructions, specifications, and best practices across multiple high-fidelity processes
• Standardize processes across the manufacturing team
• Mentor less experienced engineering team members
• Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback during development and prototype builds
