💼 About This Role

You'll join a lean fintech scale-up as a finance builder, managing day-to-day books while constructing a scalable control framework. You'll drive ERP optimization and automation to support rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full booking process: accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/annual close and reporting.
• Automate workflows, streamline closing process, reduce manual data entry.
• Produce monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and KPIs for CFO.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Audit (Big 4) or General Accounting in fast-paced environment.
• Builder mindset: proven experience improving process, implementing tool, fixing workflow.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; comfortable with ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of LuxGAAP; IFRS is a plus.
