Description

In this role, you will coordinate and oversee survey teams, manage multiple projects such as topographic and boundary surveys, ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, and serve as a key liaison between survey and engineering disciplines. You'll also develop client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years progressive land surveying experience
• Nevada and/or California P.L.S. license or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months
• Proficiency with Trimble GNSS and terrestrial equipment
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and direct survey teams in responsible charge
• Manage multiple concurrent projects including topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction staking
• Ensure survey deliverables are accurate, complete, and on schedule
• Serve as primary client contact and build long-term relationships
• Mentor and develop junior staff
