You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their business goals. This role offers the chance to impact Fortune 500 logistics providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers onto the Turvo platform.
• Network within accounts from executives to technical developers.
• Interface with internal teams for configuration and validation.
• Identify risks and build mitigation plans.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years Customer Onboarding experience
• Experience in logistics and supply chain industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or project management
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with a broker
• Previous experience in Business/Tech Consulting
