You'll join the Electric Vehicle Sales Team in Weybridge, advising customers on salary sacrifice leasing. You'll manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and deliver excellent customer experiences. This hybrid role offers an uncapped commission and car allowance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Qualify customers and recommend suitable electric vehicles
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to delivery
• Monitor orders and oversee processing
• Build pipeline through strategic stakeholder relationships

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of B2C sales experience
• Experience with CRM and digital sales tools
• Proven track record in a target-driven role
• Strong communication and needs-gathering skills
