You'll define the motion language for an AI research platform used by global brands. Your work will shape product feel, brand identity, and launch moments like an Apple keynote. You'll build a motion system that makes the whole team faster while setting the creative bar for the category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish motion system: timing, easing, type behavior, transitions
• Design hero work for product launches, brand films, and social
• Create micro-interactions and animated data viz inside the product
• Build motion component library and tooling pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of motion design experience
• World-class craft in After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender, Figma, Rive, Lottie, Runway, or v0
• Proven range across product, brand film, stage, and social
• Fluent in storytelling and system thinking

✨ Nice to Have

• Identity and brand system experience
• 3D, generative, or real-time motion skills
• Stage and event design experience
