💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the main point of contact between suppliers and the company, managing the full invoice cycle. You'll ensure invoices are properly authorized, goods and services are received per agreements, and payments are processed on time. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic gaming studio with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the full supplier invoice cycle
• Validate and reconcile purchase orders with invoices
• Review, verify, and code invoices into accounting system
• Issue payments including checks and electronic transfers

📋 Requirements

• DEC in Administrative Techniques (Accounting option) or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or similar roles in mid‑sized/large company
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Proficiency in both French and English
