💼 About This Role

You'll oversee administration and analysis of employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations. You'll be the primary contact for employees and HR Partners, resolving complex benefits issues and supporting initiatives like health well-being programs and compliance reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries
• Process and reconcile HSA and 401(k) contributions
• Lead audits and data integrity initiatives
• Prepare monthly billing reconciliation reports

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business or related area
• 4-6 years of data-driven work experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables
• In-depth knowledge of benefit laws (HIPAA, ERISA, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Human Resources or customer service experience
• Experience with multi-state employer benefits
• Experience with self-insured and fully insured plans
