You'll lead a team onboarding new tour operators and ensuring high-quality content on our travel platform. You'll shape onboarding processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive supplier success from day one. This hybrid role lets you mentor a team while staying hands-on as an individual contributor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers.
• Own the onboarding process from initial engagement to activation.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues.
• Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Project management skills with strong organization.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience, including with technical teams.
• Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
