You'll drive platform engineering programs for an AI-powered revenue enablement platform. You'll own end-to-end execution, aligning product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on scalability, reliability, and leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive delivery and execution of platform engineering roadmap across teams.
• Own timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment at all levels.
• Coordinate efforts across data engineering, ML, infra, security, and product.
• Facilitate technical discussions on architecture, scaling, and performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a TPM in enterprise SaaS/Cloud.
• Experience driving large-scale platform engineering initiatives.
• Strong technical foundation in system design and microservices.
• Knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and IAM.

• Experience with AI/LLM-based tools to enhance program efficiency.
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies at scale.
• Skilled in Jira workflow automation and dashboards.
