Description

You will ensure the reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing, test, and installation, supporting root cause investigations and resolving quality issues to help bring high-speed internet to underserved communities worldwide.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of experience in production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve quality related issues for Starlink products
• Document production non-conformances per prescribed procedures
• Support root cause investigations on Starlink products
• Perform field return triage and PCB solder rework and x-ray inspections
• Assess production compliance to company and industry standards
