💼 About This Role

You'll lead a clinical team caring for patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers via telemedicine. You'll evaluate and manage a patient panel, collaborate on care model improvements, and help train new providers. This role offers 100% remote work, schedule flexibility, and no inpatient requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers.
• Identify improvements in care model and technical platform.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical KPIs and training.
• Provide oversight and staffing for interdisciplinary team.

📋 Requirements

• Completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Geriatrics.
• Expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders.
• Licensed in OH, WA, NV, or FL.
• Experience with interdisciplinary care teams.
