You'll lead external relations for Coupang Pay's fintech business, building strategic relationships with regulators and partners. You'll shape the regulatory environment for new initiatives and ensure sustainable growth through external stakeholder alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage strategic relationships with financial regulators.
• Design and oversee partnerships with card companies, PG/VAN, and banks.
• Develop response strategies for e-payment and fintech regulation changes.
• Lead external consultations to identify regulatory risks for new projects.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in fintech, finance, payments, or regulatory agencies.
• Experience with external cooperation and regulatory response involving financial authorities.
• Deep understanding of e-payment and payment industry structure.
• 5+ years of organizational leadership experience.

• Experience working at regulatory agencies like FSS or FSC.
