Your work directly improves moderator performance and decision-making accuracy, enabling product trust. This is a highly visible role with impact on operational excellence and content integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute an automation-first quality and training strategy.
• Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks.
• Design and refine training programs on policy interpretation and AI tools.
• Implement quality assurance processes including audits and calibrations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, training, or QA.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
• Experience designing and scaling training programs with measurable outcomes.
• People management experience with direct reports.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Trust Safety or content moderation.
• PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications.
• Experience with LMS platforms like Absorb or Articulate 360.
