Description

You will own the scaling of AI solutions in customer environments, bridging the gap between pre-sales prototypes and business-critical deployments. You will provide architectural oversight, optimize low-latency systems, implement evaluation pipelines, and manage multi-agent orchestration for Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements

• More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve business challenges is a plus
• Native Japanese and strong English skills

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for concurrent deployments at Fortune 500 organizations
• Architect AI-enriched solutions and transform prototypes into scalable enterprise applications
• Engineer low-latency systems for near-real-time data integration
• Implement Eval-Ops automated testing pipelines for LLM quality and reliability
• Deploy LLMOps lifecycle governance for continuous monitoring and compliance
